What to Expect at Mt Bethel Church

What to Expect

We know visiting a new church can be a bit intimidating, so here are a few details that may help you feel more at ease as you plan your visit.

When is the service?

at 10:00am on Sundays.

  •  We are confident that we offer a place you can feel safe coming to to worship the Lord in-person.
  • We also stream our worship service live from this website from the Live-Stream link above.

What is there for my children?

  • We have children's church for k-5th grade when our Pastor dismisses them during the service.
  • A nursery for our littlest ones is also staffed every Sunday.

What should I wear?

  • Come as you feel comfortable- we mean it! We are concerned with  your faith journey, not your preferred clothing, hair, tattoos or  politics. You can see by our pictures and videos, we are a casual dress  church. Come and feel welcome among us as we all seek to learn about Jesus.

Do I need to give money?

  • We do not expect our guests to give, but just to receive the love of Jesus among us. Giving is a Christian act of worship, and is done from a peaceful  heart, free of obligation. You are of course welcome to give if you feel moved to do so.

Will I be asked to stand or be singled out?

  • No!  We have a custom of a casual greeting time each week as part of our service- but not to make you feel awkward or singled out.  Expect a warm greeting from people around you, and space to get to know us at your speed.
